This hotel exceeded my expectations in various ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable and considering the location, it was an absolute steal. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the beautifully designed rooms with their own unique style and balcony, to the stunning views that greeted me every morning, every aspect was carefully thought out. Lastly, the staff provided outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location of this hotel in the Cannaregio area was perfect, as it was not only very close to tourist attractions and boat access, but also conveniently close to the public hospital. I had an amazing stay at this hotel.

Extremely nice owner and father, helpful and accommodating hosts. Great location near the cathedral. Host waited for late check-in. Very responsive host. Convenient for exploring Venice. Clean and spacious room with a rare king-size bed. Peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from all the tourist attractions but nestled in a quiet and charming area. I loved being able to explore the city without being caught in the typical tourist crowds. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a delightful start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the room balcony was simply breathtaking. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Our romantic escape was lovely, the room was beautifully decorated in traditional Venetian style, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We really enjoyed the simple breakfast provided, especially the delicious espresso, and the host was very accommodating and friendly.

The stairs leading up to the room were a bit of a challenge with our heavy luggage. we found it inconvenient to have to share the bathroom with other guests, and the lack of adequate lighting in the lobby made it difficult to navigate at night.

All aspects of this hotel were excellent.

The hotel was conveniently located very close to San Marco and near the Cannaregio area. We loved that it was outside of the typical tourist area, yet very close to public transport by boats. The staff was friendly and made us feel at ease. We enjoyed using the hotel facilities, especially the WiFi connection.

The location of the hotel was perfect for spending Christmas in the city. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the complimentary breakfast. It was nice to have a kitchen available as well. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The shared bathroom was not ideal and the stairs were a bit of a challenge, especially during the holiday season with all the luggage. the WiFi connection was not always reliable.

This vintage hotel has a charming feel, with spacious rooms and lovely balconies perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. the location is ideal for exploring the main island's tourist attractions, with easy walking distance to the train station. the rooms are well-maintained, with daily cleaning service, and the facilities are comfortable.

The breakfast could use some improvement, as it consists mainly of packaged items.
